Your pitchers are listed on this page. Up to five pitchers can be listed in the starting rotation, and up to three pitchers can be listed as Long Relievers, Closers, and Holders. During the regular season, the first rested starter in the rotation is used at any given time. Generally, this will result in a five-man rotation, although from time to time the schedule may allow for the fifth starter to be skipped or for the rotation to be used out of order. If an SP is used as a Long Reliever, he will be used when the starter has to be pulled before the end of the 5th inning. If a closer is specified, he will be used in save situations, typically at the start of the 9th inning. If a Holder is specified, he will be used to protect a lead in the 6th, 7th, and 8th innings.

To change the starting or closing order, just change the number next to the pitcher and the two pitchers will switch places. Select the XX option to remove the pitcher from the list and put him back in the bullpen. To move a pitcher out of the bullpen, select a (S)tarter or (C)loser spot number. If that number is already used, the other pitcher will be sent to the bullpen to make room in the rotation.
